Welcome to the Alt-OS discussion group, established 10-5-2011. The primary purpose of this group is to discuss all aspects of running alternate operating systems on normal PC hardware. This includes, but is not limited to, installation, maintenance, general uses, etc. We cover running these operating systems on VM's as well. Multi-OS techniques are also included and encouraged. In short, if your desire is to run something other than Windows on your PC, this is the place to talk about it.
